PRIVACY POLICY

When you register for class, we ask for what we need to save your spot, take payment and keep track of your classes. Here is what we collect, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect

When you register for a class, online or at the studio:

• Your name, email address and phone number, and the same for a partner you register with.
• Your class level, the pass you choose, your dance experience, how you heard about us, and any note you add.
• That you accepted our disclaimer, and when.
• Your payments: the amount, how you paid, and when.
• The classes you attend, which our staff record when you check in.

When you pay by card online, you enter your card details in a secure form from Stripe, our payment processor. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us, and we never see or store it.

How we use it

• To save your registration, take payment, and keep your class pass up to date.
• To recognize you when you come back, so all your passes and classes stay together in one history.
• To contact you about your registration and classes, and, as you agree when you register, about our events and offers. You can ask us to stop promotional messages at any time by calling (813) 400-0835. That doesn’t affect your registration.
• To keep our business and tax records.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

• Our staff, who sign in with their own accounts to check students in and manage registrations.
• Stripe, which processes card payments under the Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare, if our registration form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is registering. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Our website host, whose servers store the site and its records.
• Others when the law requires it, such as in response to a valid legal request.

Cookies

Our registration page uses one cookie to keep your progress while you register, and staff sign-in uses one to keep staff signed in. When you pay by card, Stripe’s payment form may set its own cookies to help prevent fraud. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Links to Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep registration and payment records while you take classes with us and for as long as we need them for our business and tax records. After that, we delete them.

Your choices

Call us to see the information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may need to keep payment records the law requires us to keep.

Children

Our website is meant for adults. A parent or guardian should register anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information online from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
