TERMS

These terms apply when you register for a Salsa Xtreme class, buy a class pass, or use this website. Registering means you agree to them.

Classes and passes

• When you register, you choose a class level and a pass: a single class or a multi-class pass. The pass names, prices and number of classes are the ones shown when you register.
• A pass belongs to the dancer it’s registered to. If you register with a partner, each of you gets your own pass.
• Each class you attend uses one class from your pass. Our staff record it when you check in, one class per dancer per class night.
• We may change our schedule, levels and prices. Changes apply to new purchases; a pass you’ve already bought keeps its price and number of classes.
• If we cancel a class, no class is used from your pass.

Payment

• You can pay by card when you register, through our payment processor, Stripe, or choose Pay at class and pay at the studio.
• With Pay at class, your registration is saved, and payment is due when you arrive for class.

No refunds or transfers

Single classes and class passes are not refundable and can’t be transferred to another person. If you have a question about your pass, call us at (813) 400-0835.

Your safety

Dance is a physical activity, and injuries can happen. When you register, you accept our disclaimer:

• Neither Salsa Xtreme, LLC, its instructors, nor its associates are liable for any personal injury or for loss of or damage to personal property.
• You (or the guardian of a child taking class) are responsible for telling the instructor about any physical limitation that may prevent full participation, and for declining any dance activity that may be hazardous.
• Salsa Xtreme, LLC may refuse service to any participant, at its sole discretion.

Messages from us

When you register, you agree that Salsa Xtreme, LLC may contact you by email, phone and text message about your registration, classes, events and offers. Text message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. To stop promotional messages, call (813) 400-0835. That doesn’t affect your registration. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

This website

• The photos, videos, logo and text on this site belong to Salsa Xtreme, LLC or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them without asking.
• Links to other sites, such as Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps, are for your convenience. We aren’t responsible for those sites.
• We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as is and can’t promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here with a new date. The terms in place when you buy a pass apply to that pass.
